Dale Sherman, PhD is a clinical neuropsychologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a professor at the University of Southern California, and in private practice.
Dr. Sherman received his undergraduate degree in psychology and neurosciences from Dalhousie University and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology. He obtained his internship at McGill University/ Montreal General Hospital and went on to complete a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.
His primary role is performing neuropsychological assessment of various cognitive disorders and neurological conditions including brain tumor, Parkinson's Disease, head injury, and dementia. He consults regularly with various treatment teams at Cedars-Sinai including neurosurgery, movement disorders, the Department of Rehabilitation, as well as the Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia Program.
Dr. Sherman is also a Qualified Medical Evaluator and in private practice.
Dr. Sherman has won the Award of Excellence for Clinical Work and Outcomes at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for the past two years: 2009 and 2010.
